Ravi Belagere remanded to Judicial custody

Bengaluru: ‘Hai Bengaluru’ Editor Ravi Belagere, who was arrested by the CCB Police on Dec.8 for allegedly hiring supari killers to eliminate his former colleague Sunil Heggaravalli, has been remanded to Judicial custody by a City   Court till Dec.23.

The CCB Police produced Belagere before the First Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court this morning, after his Police custody   ended today.

Judge Jagadish remanded Belagere to Judicial custody till Dec.23, while rejecting the CCB’s plea to extend his Police custody for facilitating more investigation into the case,    it is learnt.
