In order to make the State a model one in terms of skills competence, the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation  has organised ‘India Skills Competition – Karnataka – 2025’. The winners of this contest become eligible to represent India in the World Skills Competition to be held at Shanghai in China in 2026. There is no prescribed qualification and skilled candidates in the age group of 16 to 25 years can take part. The last date for registration is Sept. 30.
