Talukina Ven-kannaiah Smaraka Granthamale in association with Kannada Sahitya Kalakoota, Mysuru, has organised a book release function at Institute of Engineers, JLB Road here on Jan. 17 at 10.30 am. Former Vice-Chancellor of Music University Dr. Sarvamanagala Shankar will be inaugurating and releasing the book ‘Sajjanaru’ written by Honorary President of Karnataka Muktaka Sahitya Academy S. Ramprasad.

Chairman of Kannada Book Authority Dr. Nandish Hanche will preside. Retired Principal of D. Banumaiah College Prof. S. Shivaji Jois will speak about the book. President of Kalakoota M. Chandrashekar, writer S. Ramprasad, Publisher T.S. Chayapathi and Pratibha Murali will be present, according to a press release.
