Reserve 2 seats for seniors in city buses

Sir,

In Mysuru city buses plying to different parts of the city, there used to be two seats reserved for senior citizens. But nowadays KSRTC management seems to neglect the seniors by removing those seat reservation.

At present, a large number women are travelling in the buses and it has become very difficult for seniors to even enter the buses and very difficult to find a vacant seat.

I request the authorities concerned to reintroduce the reserve seats for senior citizens.

In fact in Bengaluru, two seats are reserved for senior citizens – men and two more for women. Also, people there allow seniors to occupy the seats reserved for them.
