Sir,
We the residents of Somanathanagar, Dattagalli 3rd Stage, appeal to the authorities concerned to sanction a “Petrol Bunk” on priority, which is badly needed to cater to the needs of residents of Dattagalli, Kergalli, Somanathanagar, Kanakadasanagar, Ramakrishnanagar, R.T. Nagar area, University Layout etc., at a convenient location.
Sadly in spite of being a thickly populated area with thousands of houses, apartments, commercial buildings, there is not even a single petrol bunk anywhere nearby.
We have to rush either to one near A-Z supermarket (Jagadamba Petrol Bunk) or one near Sharadadevinagar Arch. The Ring Road passes through these areas and right up to H.D. Kote Road junction there is no petrol station, but we have quite a few liquor shops ! As a result we are put into lot of hardship.
On behalf of hundreds of motorists, I urge the authorities concerned to look into our request and sanction a petrol bunk immediately.
