Mysore/Mysuru: A two-wheeler rider was killed on the spot after coming under the wheels of a truck near ATME College on Bannur Road yesterday night.
The deceased is Shivakumar (23), son of Maravasidda, a resident of Mellahalli in the taluk, who was working at a hardware shop in Mysuru.
Shivakumar was following the truck coming from Bannur side. While proceeding near ATME College, the bike touched the truck and came under its wheels. The bike along with Shivakumar was dragged to a distance killing Shivakumar on the spot.
Varuna Sub-Inspector Sushma and staff, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar and have registered a case.
