Mysore/Mysuru: In a hit and run case, a two-wheeler rider was killed on the spot, when a tipper vehicle rammed into the bike he was riding on KRS Road in Yelwal on Dec. 22 evening.
The deceased is Anil Kumar (26), a resident of Chikkanahalli village in the taluk.
Anil was proceeding on his Royal Enfield bike (KA-09-JE-2240) near Ganapati Temple on KRS Road in Yelwal at about 6.45 pm, when the tipper vehicle rammed into the bike killing Anil on the spot.
The tipper driver sped away after the incident.
A case has been registered at Yelwal Police Station.
