The authorities concerned deserve full appreciation for fixing road dividers made of solid concrete blocks,  fixed at almost all junctions in and around Mysuru.

Unfortunately, these solid road dividers are inviting accidents during night hours owing to its poor visibility in the poorly lit junctions.

The authorities should have asked the suppliers of this road divider to pre-fix good quality reflectors of at least 150 mm diameter while casting the dividers itself.

At some junctions they have fixed non-reflecting round reflectors of about 50 mm diameter, which does not serve any purpose.
