Rotary Club of Midtown Periyapatna, under the leadership of Rtn. Rajegowda, bagged Platinum Plus Award in the Rotary District Award Function held at  Mysuru recently.  This Award was announced after due evaluation and consideration of the various Social Services done by Rajegowda as President in the category of Community Service, Club Service, Vocational Service, International Service and Youth Service for the year 2023-24. In the Rotary year 2023-24, Rajegowda launched 138 projects under the above said categories by spending Rs. 27 lakh with the contribution of various donors and members.

Rotary District 3181 consists of 4 Revenue Districts — Dakshina Kannada, Kodagu, Mysuru and Chamarajanagar — comprising 188 Clubs.  He has thanked Assistant Governor Rtn. Sathyanarayan, Charter President Rtn. B.V. Javaregowda and  other members for their valuable support. Rtn. Sathyanarayana, Rtn. B.V. Javaregowda, Past Assistant Governor, Rtn. I.K.P. Hegde, Secretary, Rtn. Harish, Rtn. Raghu and others  were present.
