Rotary Club of Mysore South East has received Platinum +  Award and Unsung Hero Award for the services rendered during the year 2022-23. The projects include distribution of artificial limbs, Braille watches, sewing machines etc., to the needy. The award, presented by District Governor Rtn. Prakash Karanth and cine actress Niriksha J. Shetty, was received Club President Rtn. M. Mohan, Secretary Rtn. Muralidhara, Hon. member Rtn. L. Ravi, L. Sridhar and Rtn. Dr. E.C. Ningaraj Gowda. Rtn. M. Rajeev, Rtn. Jayakumar, Rtn. Y.V. Muralidhar and Rtn. B.R.  Venkatesh were also present at the awards ceremony held at Mangaluru recently. Rtn. L. Ravi was conferred Unsung Hero Award for his services to society other than in the Rotary Club which includes free food distribution during covid, donation of artificial limbs, wheelchairs, distribution of breakfast at Re.1, free drinking water and free ambulance service.
