Rotary Ivory City donates wheel chairs to District Hospital

August 25, 2025

Mysore/Mysuru: As part of their community service, Rotary Ivory City Mysuru (RICM) donated five wheel chairs to District Hospital on KRS Road here recently.

RICM President Rtn. Keshav Kanchan handed over the wheel chairs to District Surgeon Dr. Hari Prasad.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Hari Prasad said hundreds of patients are getting treated in the District Hospital every day. Though it is a government hospital, the philanthropists and service organisations like Rotary should come forward and help run the hospital with more facilities. Rotary’s gesture goes a long way, he said.
