Rotary Ivory City Mysuru fetes District Surgeon

Mysore/Mysuru: National Doctors’ Day is celebrated every year on the 1st of July to commemorate the dedicated services of late Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, the second Chief Minister of West Bengal, who was born and passed away on the 1st of July (1.7.1882 – 1.7.1962).

To mark the occasion, the President and members of Rotary Ivory City Mysuru honoured Dr. T. Amarnath, District Surgeon and his team of Doctors at the District Hospital on KRS Road on Monday (July 1) and thanked the team for their passionate and dedicated service to humanity. This is an annual programme of Rotary Ivory City.
