Bylakuppe: The Installation Ceremony of Rotary Lhasa-Bylakuppe, RI, District 3181 for the year 2017-2018 took place on July 9 at Sakya Hotel here.
Rtn. G. Ananta Shayana, District Editor, who was the Installing Officer, installed Rtn. Sonam Dorjee as President and Rtn. Tashi Lhamo as Secretary along with other team members.
Assistant Governor Rtn. N. Mahesh Kumar and Zonal Lieutenant Rtn. Mohanram were present on the occasion.
Outgoing President Rtn. Lhakapa Tsering welcomed. Club Secretary Rtn. Tenzin Yangchen read the report.
