Mysuru: MLA M.K. Somashekar performed ‘Guddali Puja’ for various development works worth Rs. 3 crore in Srirampura 2nd Stage here on Sunday near the arch at BEML Layout.
The project includes developing a 750 metre stretch of road from Bhramaramba Kalyana Mantap to Manandavadi Junction, formation of 1,500 meter of concrete drain on the road and 11 drain bridges across the road.
Speaking on the occasion, Somashekar said that development work was already in progress on the stretch from Vivekananda Circle to Bhramarambha Kalyana Mantap. He added that private layouts in Ward 13 and 14 too will be developed.
MUDA Chairman D. Dhruvakumar, Corporators Kempamma, Jagadish, MUDA Commissioner Dr. M. Mahesh, Devaraja Block Congress OBC President Roopesh and others were present.
