Mysuru: S.C. Subramanna (89) of K.R. Pet taluk passed away today at a private hospital in city. 

Son of Sahukar Chikkannegowda (nephew of first MLA of K.R. Pet S.M. Lingappa), Subramanna leaves behind his wife Padmamma,  sons Dr. Chandrashekar of K.R. Hospital and Ambarish, former Vice-President of Mandya Zilla Panchayat; brothers-in-law MLC Sandesh Nagaraj and former Mayor Sandesh Swamy and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites will be held tomorrow (Apr. 8) at 11.30 am at Shilanere in K.R. Pet taluk.
