S.E. Mahadevappa (64), retired Food and Civil Supplies Department Deputy Director and a resident of Alanahalli, passed away yesterday in city following heart related ailments.

He leaves behind his wife Sudhamani, three sons, brother Srinivas, an AEE at PWD and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at his farm land in Rangasamudra near Bannur.
