S. Mahadevappa (79), former member of the Taluk Board and a resident of Gejjagalli in the taluk, passed away yesterday. He leaves behind his wife Marammanni, son Youth Congress leader M. Revanna, daughters Kalpana and Shashikumari, grand-children and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at his farm land in Gejjagalli this afternoon.
