Sri Sharada Public School and Vijaya Vittala bag Rolling Trophy

Mysuru:  As part of Founder’s Day, S. Ramanathan Memorial 3rd Inter-High School English and Kannada Debate Competitions were organised at Sri Sharada Public School in city recently. Prof. K.V. Satyan, Director, Hari Vidyalaya, who was the chief guest, inaugurated the debate competition and addressed the gathering.

The winners of the English Debate competition are as follows:  N. Advith of Sri Sharada Public School – 1st place with a cash prize of Rs.5,000; Shaiz of Delhi Public School – 2nd place (Rs.3,000) and Amulya R. Bhat of Amrita Vidyalayam – 3rd place (Rs.2,000). Sri Sharada Public School bagged the Rolling Trophy.

Winners of the Kannada Debate competition are: Varsha Bhat of Manasarovara Pushkarini Vidyashrama – 1st place with a cash prize of Rs.5,000; M. Deepika of Sri Sharada Public School – 2nd place (Rs.3,000) and Prajwal Prasad of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala – 3rd place (Rs.2,000). Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala won the Rolling Trophy.

R. Manjunath Srivatsa, Secretary of Sri Sharada Public School, Kusuma Ramanathan, Treasurer, Prof. Sudhakar James, Lecturer, Jagadeesha,  Honnashetty Kodibelagola, S. Swaroopa, Head Mistress of VVSNPHS, M. Gururaja, Administrator, K.P. Seema, Principal and others were present on the occasion.
