The State Government on Monday appointed S.T. Javaregowda as the new Mysuru DDPI (Deputy Director of Public Instruction) of the Department of School Education and Literacy.

Javaregowda, who was earlier serving as DDPI at Hassan, has been posted to Mysuru following a KAT (Karnataka Administrative Tribunal) order. He will replace H.K. Pandu, who has been asked to report to the Government for next posting.
