Mysore/Mysuru: Senior Education Department official S.T. Javaregowda has been appointed as the new Deputy Director of Public Instruction – Administration (DDPI-Administration), Mysuru, in place of H.K. Pandu, who has been transferred to Hassan.
Many Deputy Directors and Officers of equivalent categories in the Education Department from several districts including Mandya, Mysuru, Hassan, Chamarajanagar, and Kodagu have been transferred following State Government orders.
The transfers have been carried out for the smooth conduct of administration.
Ramachandra Raje Urs has been transferred as the Chamarajanagar DDPI (Administration), Dayavathi as the Principal of Kodagu District Institute of Education and Training, Purushotham as the Principal of Mandya District Institute of Education and Training, Veda Murthy as the Mysuru Government Teachers Training College Lecturer, and Rangadhamaiah, who was the DDPI (Administration) of Kodagu, has been transferred to Tumakuru district.
A total of 30 officers from the Education Department have been transferred, according to a press release from Mallikarjuna Ramachandrappa, Under-Secretary to the Government (Admin) in the Department of School Education and Literacy.
