Mysuru: Sadvidya Composite PU College, Mysuru, had organised its much-awaited annual talent search programme, Pratibha Shodha-2026 on July 15. The programme was inaugurated by M.D. Gopinath, Secretary, Sadvidya Educational Institutions.
Prof. M.S.K. Narahari Babu, President of Sadvidya Educational Institutions, presided and urged students to equip themselves for the AI era through continuous learning, discipline and a spirit of lifelong curiosity.
A senior member of the institutions’ management, C.R. Nagaraj, encouraged students to become self-aware, recognise their true potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
Literary contests such as Kannada Essay & Debate, English Debate and Hindi Debate encouraged students to express their thoughts with clarity and confidence. Cultural segment filled the campus with rhythm and colour through Vocal, Instrumental Music, Bhavageete, Film Hits, Folk Song, Shloka Chanting, Classical Dance, Freestyle Dance & Mono Acting.
Other events included Creative Advertisement, Painting, Rangoli, Mehendi, Cook Without Fire, Yoga & Quiz Competition.
The event provided students with an ideal platform to discover their hidden potential, overcome stage fear and build confidence beyond academics.
The programme commenced with an invocation by H. V. Triveni and H.S. Rashmi. College Principal Y.R. Ramesh welcomed. Vice-Principal G.K. Indumathi proposed a vote of thanks. S.N. Vasumathi compered. Cultural Committee Coordinator M. Shailaja, along with the teaching and non-teaching staff and students, were present.
