Safai Karmachari Commission Chairman’s three-day tour

Karnataka State Safai Karmachari  Commission Chairman Kote M. Shivanna will  be visiting Mysuru district on a three-day tour programme from Sept. 27 to 29. On Sept. 27, he will visit the APMC Market to hear the grievances of civic workers at 1.30 pm. Later, he will hold a meeting with regard to the issues faced by Safai Karmacharis at 3.30 pm.

On Sept. 28 at 9.30 am, Shivanna will leave for H.D. Kote and visit Chikkadevammana Hill Temple there at 10 am. This will be followed by a meeting with the leaders in Nugu Travellers Bungalow at 11 am; meeting with the leaders in Saragur Travellers Bungalow at 3.30 pm. Around 5 pm, Shivanna will visit Jungle Resort and will hold a meeting with officials over issues faced by Safai Karmacharis and civic workers. Shivanna will stay for the night at Jungle Resort.

On Sept. 29, Shivanna will leave for H.D. Kote around 10 am, will visit Pourakarmikas of Krishnapura village around 10.30 am. Later he will take part in the interaction programme with the Pourakarmikas of H.D. Kote and Saragur Town Panchayats at the Ambedkar Bhavan around 11.30 am. Around 2.30 pm, Shivanna will hold meeting with officials over the problems of Safai Karmacharis working in all Taluk and Gram Panchayats.
