Mysore/Mysuru: As part of its ‘Sahitya Chavadi’ programme, Kalasuruchi has organised a talk on ‘Ankana Sahitya Sadhyate, Savalu mattu Siddhate’ by Industrialist-writer N. Ravishankar and artiste-writer Deepa Ravishankar at Suruchi Rangamane in Kuvempunagar tomorrow (Aug. 31) at 10.30 am.
Writer Alaka Kattemane and engineer-writer Ajay Swaroop will be in conversation with the speakers.
Deepa Ravishankar has been actively involved in theatre field since the age of five. Having worked with renowned directors like B.V. Karanth and Suresh Anagalli, Deepa later moved to television and acted in many serials. Along with acting, Deepa, a multifaceted personality, has also done significant work as a writer.
Ravi Shankar is a big name in the field of communication. His company Aim High Consulting, which specialises in introducing many businesses to the market in the early days, is a leading company in this field. A management graduate, Ravi Shankar has now worked in many leading companies. Ravi Shankar is also involved in the fields of teaching and writing, and has written more than 1200 articles. These have been published in all the newspapers of the country.
