Samskriti Foundation to host National Seminar on “64 Arts of India” in Bengaluru

Mysore/Mysuru: The Samskriti Foundation, Mysuru, is hosting a first-of-its-kind National Seminar on “The 64 Arts of India” at the Multi-vision Theatre of ISKCON, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru on Nov. 9 and 10.

This event aims to bring together enthusiasts of Indian culture and heritage, offering a unique platform for cultural exploration and knowledge sharing. Stalwarts from various walks of life specialising in the respective arts will be presenting demonstrations and lectures at the event.

Dr. M.A. Alwar, Trustee, Samskriti Foundation, Mysuru, addressing mediapersons at Pathrakarthara Bhavan here on Friday  said  the seminar, sponsored by the National Culture Fund, an organisation coming under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India and organised by the Samskriti Foundation, based out of Mysuru and Melkote (in Mandya District) promises to be a remarkable experience. It will feature distinguished stalwarts who will provide hands-on demonstrations and lectures, delving into the heart of India’s rich cultural and scientific heritage. The event is open to connoisseurs and individuals with a keen interest in discovering and celebrating this cultural heritage.

The Seminar will be inaugurated by Governor of Karnataka  in the presence of a few Ministers of the State and Central Government apart from senior officials.

Participation is free and open to all. Those who wish to attend the Seminar have to register themselves by filling a simple online Google form available on www.samikshanationalseminar.in.

Dr. H.V. Nagaraja Rao, Advisor, Samskriti Foundation and Sathyanarayana, Principal, Maharaja Sanskrit College, were also present at the press meet.
