Sandalwood tree stolen

Mysore/Mysuru: Miscreants have allegedly chopped and have made away with a fully grown sandalwood tree at B.C. Lingaiah Park in Gokulam. The incident came to light when the morning walkers noticed and informed Police, this morning.

Following information, the VV Puram Police Inspector Vivekananda visited the spot and summoned the Forest sleuths. Later, a case was registered after conducting an inspection.

The Police have also collected the CCTV footages for further investigation.
