Mysore/Mysuru: The new Student Forum and Cultural Committee of Sarada Vilas College (SVC) was inaugurated on Feb.1 at Sri Venkata Krishnaiah Sabhangana, Sarada Vilas Law College, Mysuru. Students from all the Departments of the college participated in the event.
Dr. Hanumanthachar Joshi, Principal, Sarada Vilas College of Pharmacy, was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, he stressed on the importance of holding such a programme and providing a platform for students to showcase their talents.
Dr. M. Devika, Principal, Sarada Vilas College, welcomed. N. Chandra Shekhar, Hon. Secretary, Sarada Vilas Educational Institutions (SVEI), presided.
Nethra, a student of Final year B.Sc., rendered the invocation. Adithya Bharadwaj, Vice-President of Student Forum and Cultural Committee, introduced the dignitaries on the dais while M.N. Abhishek, Student Secretary, introduced the guest speaker. Y.B. Suhas, Student Secretary, proposed a vote of thanks.
Shakunthala, Convener of Student Forum and Cultural Committee, was the moderator. Tejas Gowda, Student of Final year B.Sc and Keerthishree, Student of II year B.Sc., compered.
