Sarojamma (79), a resident of Kalkunike Housing Board Colony, passed away on Wednesday in the town.
She leaves behind her husband, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the burial grounds next to the Taluk Office yesterday afternoon, according to family sources.
