Save Aramane Panchagavi Mutt campaign

Alleging that a few persons had sold 17-acre land belonging to Aramane Panchagavi Mutt worth crores of rupees by using Rs. 5 Stamp Paper and writing old dates, the members of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike, Mysuru District, staged a protest under the banner ‘Save Aramane Panchagavi Mutt’ in front of DC’s office here this morning. The protestors, led by District President K. Madesh, said that the land was donated to the Mutt by the erstwhile rulers of Mysore besides stating  that the DC on Jan. 21, 2018, had issued an order stating that no construction should be taken up on the said land without getting the land converted.
