Savithri (65), a resident of Dattanagar on Ooty road in the city, passed away here yesterday.
She leaves behind her husband Hanumanthappa, daughters Kavitha and Shwetha and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hills this afternoon.
