Mysuru:  The Department of Empowerment of Senior Citizens and Physically Challenged has invited applications from physically challenged students for award of scholarships and Prathibha Puraskar.

Such of the students studying from 1st standard to post-graduation with at least 40% marks in the previous examination can apply through the heads of schools and colleges.

Students who have scored more that 60% marks in SSLC, PUC, Degree and PG examinations held during 2017-18 are eligible for Prathibha Puraskar.

The necessary applications can be downloaded from www.welfareofdisabled.kar.nic.in. The applications should be submitted to District Welfare Officer for Physically Challenged, Pulakeshi Road, Tilaknagar, Mysuru-570001 with relevant documents before June 30. For more details call Ph: 0821-2490111.
