The Scheduled Caste Welfare Department and Justice H.N. Nagamohan Das Commission will hear the grievances of SC and ST leaders and organisations at Kalamandira here on Feb. 10 at 10.30 am. Registrations should be done at the designated counter one hour before the commencement of the programme, according to a press release.
