Mysuru: SDM Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD), Mysuru, is hosting the 12th International Conference on ‘Navigating the Human Capital Management in the Digital Era’ on Dec.19 and 20 under the aegis of BCIC (Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce) — SDM-IMD Centre for Management Excellence.  

The conference will be inaugurated by chief guest Amit Kumar, Vice- President & Business Unit Head, Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., Mysuru, on Dec.19 at 9.30 am.

Kalyan Varanasi, Associate Director – HR, PepsiCo Capability Centre, Hyderabad and Dr. S.N. Prasad, Director, SDM-IMD, will be the guests of honour.

Eminent national and international personalities from corporate world and academia, who will share their insights about various contemporary HR related issues, are: Sunam Datta, Chief Commercial Officer, Skyplan, Dubai, UAE; Dr. Raihan Taqui Syed, Faculty member, United Arab Emirates University, Abu Dhabi, UAE; Ravi Kumar, Head HR, Feedback Advisory, Bengaluru; Dr. Stephen Aro-Gordon, Faculty member, Muscat College, Oman; J.
