Selected for All India Boxing Championship

N.P. Kiran of Academy of Martial Science (AMS) and a student of Amrita School of Arts & Science in city has been selected to participate in All India Inter-University Men’s Boxing Championship (2018-19) in 69 kg weight division.

The event will be held at the premises of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth in Udaipur, Rajasthan, between Feb.22 and 28. More than 1,000 University boxers from across India are expected to participate in various weight divisions.

Interestingly, Kiran is also a defending Lightweight weight MMA Champion. He is trained by Kru.Vikram and team at the AMS.
