The U-14 boys throwball team of Citizen Convent, Udayagiri, Mysuru, won the District-level Throwball Tournament which was conducted by the Department of Public Education at Government School, Yeddore, T. Narsipur, and has qualified for Division-level Tournament which will be held at Mandya soon. The winning students — Syed Arfath, Mohammed Zain, Mohammed Inzamulla, Syed Hyder Abbas, Yashwanth, Mohammed Maviya Qureshi, Mohammed Ifzan, Rayan Pasha, Ismail Ahmed, Reehan Pasha, Arfath Pasha, Ibrahim Ansari — are seen with Founder-Secretary and Head Mistress Maha Jabeen and Physical Education Teachers Nagendra Prasad and Fazal Ansari and Team Managers Ayesha Jabeen and Abdul Muheeb. The ‘Best Player of the Tournament’ was awarded to Mohammed Ifzan.
