Selected for Shivaram Karanth Awards

The following achievers have been selected for Shivaram Karanth Award for the year 2021 given by Dr. Shivaram Karanth Huttoora Prashasthi Prathistana (Kota).  The awards will be conferred on Education Expert Mahabaleshwara Rao, Litterateurs Dr. Gajanana Sharma and Dr. Vikram Visaji, Cultural Patrons Prof. Jayaprakash Gowda and Y.A. Danthi at a programme to take place at Beltangady in Dakshina Kannada District    on Apr. 29.

The award includes a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 each and a citation. Minister for Kannada and Culture V. Sunil Kumar will be present on the occasion, according to a press release from Prathistana General Secretary Prof. Jayaprakash Mavinakuli.
