Mysuru: Tipu Jayanti Virodhi Horata Samithi has organised a seminar on the proposed Jayanti at Jaganmohan Palace on Oct.31 at 6.30 pm.
Disclosing this at a press meet at Pathrakaratara Bhavan here yesterday, Vishwa Hindu Parishat (VHP) Pranta Seva Pramukh Muralidhar said that protesting against the State Government’s move to organise Tipu Jayanti next month, seminars are being held at all district centres.
He further said that the programme on Oct.31 would be inaugurated by Senior Advocate and Samithi President P.D. Medappa with columnist-advocate Tejaswi Surya being the main speaker.
VHP Convenor M.K. Prem Kumar and Ursu Mandali Director Mahesh Raje Urs were present during the press meet.
