Bengaluru: Vijesh Kamath (48), a senior journalist, passed away in city on Thursday.
A resident of Malleswaram, the neighbours found him inside his house in a critical condition close to midnight hours on Wednesday and rushed him to a Hospital. He breathed his last later. The body is kept at the hospital’s mortuary.
A bachelor, he was staying alone after his mother’s death recently. He was working at Deccan Herald (DH) in Bengaluru as a political correspondent till he quit the job only recently. He had worked for close to two decades in DH and was widely known for his expertise in political coverage.
