Serial accident on KRS road leaves two injured, vehicles damaged

Mysuru: A serial accident involving an autorickshaw, a bike and two cars near ESI Hospital on KRS Road here yesterday night has left one auto passenger with a fractured leg and another injured besides leaving the vehicles badly damaged.

It is reported that two cars with a bike between them were proceeding from Kumbarakoppal side towards Vontikoppal temple at about 7.30 pm when an autorickshaw came in front of the first car, a Ford Figo (KA-03-AD-8225) all of a sudden from the left side near ESI Hospital resulting in the car ramming into the auto and the autorickshaw ramming into a sugarcane juice cart near ESI Hospital.

This led to a chain of collision as the bike following the Ford Figo car rammed into it and another car following the bike rammed into the bike.

While one of the two passengers in the autorickshaw suffered a fractured leg, another sustained injuries and both were rushed to a private hospital in Gokulam here.
