Session on Family Business Sensitisation this evening

Mysuru: Family Business contributes 60 to 70 percent of GDP of most developed and developing countries. India is no exception. Most of the business families face unique management challenges because of the differences in the attitude and aspirations of family members.

Considering quite a number of family businesses in Mysuru, CII Mysuru is organising a Session on Family Business Sensitisation today (May 26) at Hotel Quorum from 4 pm to 8 pm.

The session will focus on: How should business families cope with the generation gap? How should they fulfill the aspirations of the members of the business family while achieving sustainable profits and growth? How can they keep the family and the business together?

The session will be conducted by Amit L. Shah, Chairman of the CII-SR Family Business Sub-Committee and Director, Grace Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and Ramya Bharathram, Co- Chairperson of the CII-SR Family Business Sub-Committee and Executive Director on the Board of Thirumalai Chemicals Limited.
