Shabby work on laying water pipeline

Sir,

Recently the MCC has taken up the work of relaying water pipes by digging roads in many parts of the city.  In Vijayanagar Railway Layout too, this exercise is being carried out and some residents have expressed their ire about the shabby work of the contractors for having broken the UGD pipelines.

While most of the connections on either side of the road have been completed, at one place in 10th Cross, the work is half done and left out as the concrete footpath could not be cut to lay the pipeline to the required meter point. This has resulted in huge cave-type pit with lot of half done concrete debris around the pit causing severe inconvenience to motorists and particularly the house owners residing in front of the pit in taking out their four-wheelers from the respective houses.  Before any major casualty happens, will the concerned look into this and clear the same?
