Shafi Ulla Khan (75), former Arabic teacher at Masjid Eidgah on Mission Hospital Road and a resident of Subash Nagar, passed away on May 21 following brief illness in city.
He leaves behind one daughter, two sons including Asad Khan and a host of relatives and friends.
Namaz-e-Janaza was held on May 22 at Masjid-e-Azam on Ashoka Road after Zohar Salath, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle, according to family sources.
