Shantha Nagendra Gupta (83), a resident of Hale Sethuve in Hunsur, passed away following brief illness yesterday.

She leaves behind four sons including Gupta Ceramic Proprietor Subbaraju, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held in the town this morning, according to family sources.
