Shravana Masa Pujanushtana and Discourse Series have been organised from Aug. 5 to Sept. 2 at the city branch of Suttur Mutt.

Every morning, special puja will be held. Mass prayer from  6 pm to 6.30 pm; Discourse on ‘Shivatatva Chintamani,’ written by Lakkanna Dandesha, will be held daily from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Dr. K. Anantaramu and Dr. B.V. Vasatnkumar will give the discourse and Vidushis M.V. Shubha Raghavendra, Vasanta Venkatesh and Dharitri Anandarao will recite.

The Discourse Series will be inaugurated on Aug. 5 at 6 pm.  Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Mysuru Deputy Commissioner G. Lakshmikanth  Reddy will inaugurate the programme in the presence of Harave Sri Virakta Mutt Seer Sri Sarpabhushana Swamiji.

Mysuru City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar will preside. MUDA Commissioner A.N. Raghunandan will participate                         as chief guest.

Transport arrangements have been made for the public to attend the event daily from J.P. Nagar, JSS Layout and JSS Mahavidyapeetha, according to a press release.
