‘Silence increases flow of thoughts’

Mysuru: “Practicing silence for sometime and looking into ourselves helps us to grow and work is more important than words,” opined S.N. Sandesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Srirangapatna.

Speaking at the 15th Annual Day celebration ‘Hari Sourabha’ at Hari Vidyalaya in Bogadi, he also advised the parents to encourage the children to take up the subjects of their choice in the academics.

“Physical fitness is essential to be mentally strong. Teachers should recognise the skills of the children,” said S. Achutha, Chartered Accountant and ex-Chairman of the SIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mysuru branch. He released the  annual magazine ‘Hari Sampada’ on the occasion.

The enthusiastic students exhibited their wide range of talent through various cultural activities at the annual day function.

Faculty members who had completed 10 years of service work honoured.

Institution Secretary Srinivasa Hosanane, Member H. R. Bhagavan, Principal Dr. N. Bharathi Shankar, teachers, students and others were present.
