South Zone Inter-University Cricket: Seven wicket win for University of Mysore

Good performances with the ball from medium-pacers Yodhan Hrudhay (three for 10), M. Varun (three for 15) and K. Shashank (two for 13), helped University of Mysore to register a facile seven-wicket win over Pondicherry University and enter the third round in the South Zone Inter-University Cricket Tournament 2017-18, played at Vaizag yesterday.

Pondicherry University: 66 in 16.5 overs (M. Madan 22, Yodhan Hrudhay 3 for 10, M. Varun 3 for 15, K. Shashank 2 for 13) lost to University of Mysore: 70 for 3 in 11.3 overs (Madan Mohan 22 n.o.).
