Inspiring batting by M.B. Darshan (36,6×4) and Poovaiah (33), combined with good bowling by Kishan S. Bedare (three for 15) and K.M. Sharath (two for 27), enabled University of Mysore (UoM) to register a 46-run win over Bangalore University (BU) and entered the fourth round in the South Zone Inter-University Cricket Tournament (2017-18) played at Vaizag yesterday.
