Special Children Carnival on Saturday

Mysuru:  The Mysore Chapter of Round Table (RT) and Ladies Circle (LC) India, Mysore Heritage Round Table-109 and Mysore Heritage Ladies Circle-109 have decided to celebrate Children’s Day in a unique way by organising a Carnival for Special Children on Nov.17 (Saturday) at 9.30 am at Govindegowda Convention Centre, Kuvempunagar

Around 750 special children, parents and teachers of Mysuru District are expected to attend the event  which will be inaugurated by MP Pratap Simha in the presence of Ravi Koti of Andolana, Sudhanva, Chairman, Excel Public School, Rajesh, Vibhaga Pracharak, Vidya Arun, Owner Govindegowda Convention Centre, Namrata  Shenoy, President, LC India, Area Chairman of Area 13 Tr. Siddarth Shastry and Chairperson of Area 13 Cr. Sangeetha Mahesh, according to Hon. Secretary, Mysore Heritage Round Table, Tr. CA Kumarpal M. Jain.

Round Table India has so far built 6,189 class rooms in 2,588 schools in Rural/Semi Rural/Slums in Urban Areas to benefit over 6.80 million children.

Built with the help of individual donors, corporate donors and State Governments, RTI’s capability and expertise has been endorsed by them in building infrastructure and providing right ambience to the children by partnering with Freedom Through Education.
