In order to provide dental care safely to these patients, a proper understanding of their medical conditions, medications taken and investigations required is very essential. Hence a Special Interest Group (SIG) called ‘Management of Medical Problems and Medical Emergencies in Dentistry’ was created by JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru.
