Lions Club of Mysore Ambassadors has organised a programme to celebrate Women’s Day at Vijayanagar Sports Club in Vijayanagar First Stage, Mysuru, on Mar. 26 at 7.30 pm. Dr. S.S. Janhavi, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, KSOU, will deliver a special lecture on the occasion. Club President Ln. M. Shivakumar will preside while Secretary Ln. T.H. Venkatesh and Treasurer Ln. Mahadev Prasad will be present. The programme is sponsored by Ln. N. Rakesh. Sewing Machines to unemployed women will be distributed on the occasion, according to a press release.
