Career Hub, Centre for Proficiency Development and Place-ment Services (CPDPS) and International Centre, University of Mysore, have jointly organised a Special Talk and Discussion on ‘Graduation to Entrepreneurship’ at Senate Bhavan, Manasagangothri, tomorrow (Mar. 5) at 10.45 am.

M.C.V. Prasad, Agriculture and Rural Entrepreneur, Founder, Prakruthi Vanam Foundation, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, will address the graduates, post-graduates and other interested public on creation of industry with special reference to Agribusiness and Health Promotion.

An Engineering graduate from Bangalore University, he started his career with Agriculture and is a recipient of Innovative Farmer of Andhra Pradesh Award, Rural Entrepreneur National Award, UNNATI Award from CIMAP.

At present, he is promoting organic farming methods without use of pesticides and chemical manures, use of indigenous seeds and cattle breeds. His aim is to promote the art of living close to and in harmony with nature.
